The "Winter Carnival" recently opened in Ninghe district. Bai Fengxiang, secretary of the CPC Ninghe District Committee, went to Quliang square and the Four Seasons Paradise Resort to attend and announce the start of the "Winter Carnival" activity.

The tourism project of the "Winter Carnival" in Quliang square covers an area of about 6,000 square meters. Relying on the landscape on the sides of river, it consists of three parts: the magic snow kingdom, the ice carnival, and the ice playing field, which meet the needs of people of different age groups to enjoy their leisure time.

The "Winter Carnival" activity in the Four Seasons Paradise Resort covers an area of 135 mu, consisting of the of the "ice field" and "snow field". There are more than 20 ice and snow entertainment projects, including a snow tank, snow frisbee and the ice bicycle.
Bai Fengxiang pointed out that Ninghe has given full play to the unique advantages of the region in developing its winter cultural tourism industry, innovating ice and snow projects, strengthening services to tourists, and extending the ice and snow industry chain, so as to contribute to the high-quality development of Ninghe district.
