On Sept 14, Bai Fengxiang, secretary of the CPC Ninghe District Committee, and Hui Bing, deputy secretary of the CPC Ninghe District Committee and head of the district, and leaders of other relevant departments of the government conducted an inspection of the Ninghe modern industrial zone .
They visited Zhonggu Kaiyuan (Tianjin) Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Tianjin Borong Packaging Products Co., Ltd., Tianjin Beifang Actuators Co., Ltd., Tianjin Kingbonetech Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. and Zhimai Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., where they had in-depth exchanges and discussions with the heads of the enterprises.

Zhonggu Kaiyuan Biotechnology focuses on soybean processing and biological feed research. After phase I of production, the company now processes 300,000 tons of soybeans annually, with an output value of 1.35 billion yuan (about $203 million). Tianjin Borong Packaging Products is a packaging service provider with high standards of cleanliness. Bai urged relevant departments of the government to help enterprises improve their technology so as to contribute towards further industrial development.
Tianjin Beifang Actuators is a high-tech private enterprise specializing in the design and manufacturing of valve driving equipment. Over the years, the company's products have been widely used in water treatment, petroleum, electricity, chemical and other industries, and enjoy a high reputation. Tianjin Kingbonetech Medical Equipment is the only Class III medical device manufacturer in Tianjin to have obtained national approval in producing homograft bone implant materials. Bai asked relevant departments to vigorously support the development of these high-tech enterprises in Ninghe.
Bai, alongside other leaders of the region, highlighted that as an important part of Tianjin Future Science and Technology City, the Ninghe modern industrial zone has huge development potential. The enterprises and government should persist in their efforts to improve the comprehensive quality of the zone and stimulate innovation, so as to help the zone achieve a higher level of development.
