Ninghe district has always been using investments to drive high quality development. Investment attraction has become a brand event of the district. In 2021, Ninghe has attracted 9.7 billion yuan ($1.5 billion) of domestic investments, year-on-year growth of 19 percent and has introduced 102 projects with total investment of 12 billion yuan. So far this year, the district has attracted 5.6 billion yuan of investment, year-on-year growth of 25 percent, ranking fourth in the city and has signed 36 projects with total investment of 6.4 billion yuan. Ninghe district mainly carries out the following work:
First, build an environment for investment attraction. Ninghe district further improves the incentive system, fully mobilizing officers and staff at all levels in the district to make investment attraction an actionable goal. .
Second, stick to the all-around development of agriculture, industry and services. Ninghe district focuses on the investment attraction of advanced manufacturing such as auto parts, new energy and new materials and high-end electric vehicles. It has introduced Hello electric vehicles super factory, Sinoma energy conservation and green manufacturing base and a number of major manufacturing projects to settle down here. Ninghe district attaches equal importance to the development of modern agriculture and the service industry and pushes forward the integrated development of agriculture and cultural tourism. It has negotiated with more than 30 quality enterprises, laying the foundation for the green and high quality development of Ninghe’s whole industries.
Third, improve business environment. Ninghe district holds the idea that productive forces have been pushing forward the continuous improvement of the business environment. The district government has carried out many service events addressing the difficulties of enterprises settling down in the district. Ninghe district also assisted Nine Dragons Paper (Holdings) Limited, Yingli Group and a number of key enterprises to increase capital and expand production.
Fourth, focus on "Ninghe story". Ninghe district continuously enhances its image. Since this year, Ninghe district leaders and officials have visited more than 50 large State-owned enterprises and industrial leading enterprises to promote the district’s investment environment and policies. It has invited them to participate in “Walk into Ninghe” promotion events. It employed 63 outstanding entrepreneurs and industrial experts as investment consultants to promote Ninghe district and to let “Ninghe story” be known by more people.
