Braised meat with rice is a famous traditional snack in Ninghe. With a history of more than 300 years, it has become one of the most famous snacks in China. Consisting of Ninghe rice, fresh mushrooms, and pork belly, it is stewed in an iron pot over firewood and tastes tender and smells absolutely marvelous.

The cooking method is to cut the pork belly into the size of corn kernels, add seasoning, and fry the pork belly and the mushrooms, until the aroma of the rice, pork belly and mushrooms are mixed.
