Qilihai River Crab Noodles
The Qilihai River Crab, also known as the Chinese velvet crab, is named after the waters of Qilihai where it grows. A special product of Ninghe district, it is as famous as whitebait and alfa, and is one of the "three treasures" of Qilihai. Due to its tender meat, red cream, and delicious taste, Qilihai river crab was a court tribute as early as the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), and has always enjoyed a high reputation.
