Bai Fengxiang, secretary of the CPC Ninghe District Committee, met with Chen Dayu, general manager of Beijing Jingneng Clean Energy Co., Ltd. on Dec 22, 2021. The two talked about further cooperation in the new energy industry.
Chen gave a brief introduction about the company and its investment projects in the district.
Bai said Ninghe takes achieving the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals as a major opportunity to focus on its environmental development.
Sticking to a green and low-carbon path, Ninghe district highlights leading industries and accelerates the development of a clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient industrial layout to promote a comprehensive green transformation of the economy and society, he said.

Beijing Jingneng Clean Energy Co. Ltd. has established a good cooperative relationship with Ninghe district in some new energy projects, said Bai, adding that he hopes the company will further expand cooperation with the district in the livelihoods and development of rural areas and support the district’s innovative, green and high-quality development.
Chen said that previous project cooperation with Ninghe revealed to him the district’s good ecological environment, green development concept, profound cultural heritage, and strong development momentum.
He said Beijing Jingneng is ready to increase exchanges and communication with Ninghe district, find solutions to the problems of project site selection, environmental impact, and transportation, and carry out in-depth cooperation in the fields of wind power, photovoltaic power, fishery and PV complementation, and rural tourism to ensure local economic growth.
